A series of interview, both serious and silly, with the cast of Nutterly Love!
Today, Friday July 17th, Eoin O’Shea, Rachel Miller, and Danny Bonaduce teamed up to present the One-Two Punchline contest at Liberty Place in Center City! Each contestant had one minute to perform. The competition was fierce with 20-some contestants. After some serious judging, Erin M, a school teacher, was declared the winner and awarded a walk on improv spot in the City of Nutterly Love for one performance!!!
Here are some pictures from the event!

On Wednesday, July 22nd, after the show, Philly improv stars Jen Childs, Dave Jadico, Don Montrey and Tony Braithwaite will take the stage for an improv session. These veterans of improv will keep you laughing long after the show ends! The best part, it’s completely free with your show ticket!!! Bring a friend, make a date, come by yourself and meet some new people, whatever you do, this is one show that you don’t want to miss!
The cast of Nutterly Love is being interviewed by Danny Bonaduce July 15th at 8:30am!

Tonight (Tuesday the 14th) The Second City is hosting a master class on the main stage of the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. It starts at 7pm and is 2 hours long. It costs $39.
This is an amazing opportunity to work on your improv with the famous Second City theatre! This class is only for people with a background in improv (it does not need to be extensive, but this should not be your first class).
Leave a comment below if you would like to be a part of it, and we here at The Philly Theatre Company and The Second City will get back to you with the email that you leave (don’t worry, we are the only people who can see it)
Hey Philly!
After three preview nights, tonight, July 11th, was the official opening night of City of Nutterly Love! We had a special guest on stage: Mayor Nutter! The show was AMAZING! After the show, members of the audience left the theater crackin’ up, filling the streets with laughter. Some passing by were even inspired to buy tickets for the 10:30 show because of that (that’s the best type of advertising we can ask for! Thanks!)
Check out this video of some audience reactions and these photos!
And now some photos!

The Cast…seriously, the funniest people in Philadelphia
Not the best picture in the world, but it’s of Mayor Nutter on stage with the cast. Yeah, he did some jazz hands too, the camera did not capture that however.

Here are some of the reactions captured on camera after opening night!
